Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business working days. Made-to-order and customised wigs require additional production time. Your estimated processing timeframe will be shown before purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Most of our signature wigs are handcrafted to your selected specifications, including length, lace size, parting and customisation. Ready-to-ship pieces will always be clearly identified on the product page.

Many Adelé Atelier units are designed to achieve a secure, natural looking fit without adhesive when correctly fitted. However, the final fit can vary depending on your head measurements, lace choice and preferred styling.

Due to the made-to-order and personal nature of many of our products, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us 24 hours of delivery.
