Returns & Refund Policy

At Adelé Atelier, every wig is handcrafted using premium raw hair and made according to your selected specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

Final Sale

All products sold by Adelé Atelier are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

This includes:

* Custom Wigs

* Ready-to-Ship Wigs

* Hair Bundles

* Closures

* Frontals

* Hair Accessories

Custom Orders

Each custom wig is made to your selected length, lace size, density, cap size, colour and customisation preferences.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not commenced.

After this period, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

* Clear photographs of the item

* Clear photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Colour & Styling Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately represent our hair colours and textures. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting and photography.

Product images may show hair that has been professionally styled. The final appearance may vary depending on the selected length, density, texture and styling.

Return Shipping

If a return has been authorised by Adelé Atelier due to an approved claim, return instructions will be provided. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an incorrect or faulty item supplied by Adelé Atelier.
